Parents, don’t let your kids have all the fun and benefits of moving: Zumba classes on Saturdays at 9:00am in addition to Wednesdays at 9:30am. $7/class or $50 for a 10-class card. Please wear clean sneakers in the studio.
Open Vinyasa Flow Yoga Wednesdays at 7:30pm. $15/class or $100 for a 10-class card.
